Delivery Information:


When you make an order, please make sure the shipping details are right,including the name, detailed address, post code and phone number.


Standard shipping: Total delivery time = processing time (1-2 business days) + shipping time (9-20 business days)

DHL Express: Total delivery time = processing time (1-2 business days) + shipping time (4-7 business days)

Delivery time: Normally after one customer place an order, we need to 1-2 business days for preparation for shipping, and the ETA（estimated time of arrival）is 4-20 days after shipping. As in stock item(s) will ship in the same day, restocking items will wait some days.

How to track item:

After we shipped the shoes via the standard shipping, we will give you a tracking number and the tracking link within 24 hours,

After we shipped the shoes via DHL Express, we will give you DHL tracking number within 48 hours.

Warning:

1) Please do not use your PO Box/APO/FPO as your received shipping address.

2) If you choose DHL as shipping method, and you from European you should know that you will have some chance to pay the tax fee. We don't have the responsiblity to pay the tax fee for you.
